Site Permit Applications - ANPR

Madeley Academy used ANPR Technology for site access control. To apply for a Site Permit to allow you on site for drop-off / pick-up, please complete the form below. 

All applications are sent to your child(s) head of year for approval. Once approved, your vehicle registration details will be securely store and tracked via ANPR cameras to allow access to site. 

Whilst we move to the new ANPR system, if you currently have a printed site permit, we ask that you complete the form online form so that we can ensure our information is accurate.
